Unlock you potential! Learn, develop and have fun at our Preseason Club. Hosted every Monday at Cricklade RFC for boys & girls aged 11-14yrs.
These sessions are tailored around keeping on top of skill development in the offseason whilst keep fit and active. Sessions will be split into 30 minutes of circuits, speed and body weight training and 30 minutes of Touch Rugby (official touch rules).
This is the perfect session for you son our daughter to have fun, maintain fitness and enjoy throwing a rugby ball around in the sun!
